I understand that everyone’s experience of cancer and treatment is different.

Before joining a class, I like to have a confidential chat so I can understand your current situation, any treatment you may be receiving, and how best to support you.

I have been teaching yoga for over fifteen years and have worked with people living with cancer for nearly a decade. My approach is evidence-informed and grounded in a deep respect for the body’s capacity to adapt and find balance. I aim to create a safe, welcoming space where you can feel supported, heard and gently guided toward comfort and confidence.

Classes are small and inclusive, with space to rest, move and simply be where you are on any given day.
