Why Choose This Course?

Bindie has taught this course for several years and is known for making even the most complex topics — anatomy, philosophy, the subtle body — accessible and engaging.

Classes are small (limited to 12 people) to ensure a comfortable, spacious and enjoyable learning environment. Each group naturally becomes a sangha — a community of like-minded students growing together.

“We have fun, we explore ideas, and our discussions often challenge us all to be more thoughtful and open-minded. I learn something new from my students every year.”

Coming Soon: The Power of the Breath

Breathing is the bridge between body and mind — and learning how it works can transform your wellbeing.

Bindie’s next course, The Power of the Breath, will explore how breathing patterns influence the autonomic nervous system and how conscious breathwork can support both physical and emotional health.

Details to be confirmed for late 2026 — get in touch with me if you’d like to receive updates.

The Power of the Breath

From the moment we are born we breathe constantly for our whole lives. But how much about the way we breathe do we notice or control? Those who practice yoga begin to learn that the breath is a powerful way to manage stress and anxiety, but do you know HOW, or WHY?

If you are looking to give your body a helping hand, whether to maintain good health or are struggling with a difficult condition, learning to breathe is key.  Everything from anxiety, chronic pain, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, infertility and a myriad of other conditions will benefit from breathing consciously and well.
